I don't think he's thrilled about the idea. Also, he doesn't bring any EVs. Otherwise
seems perfect - don't know if O likes him, particularly. Also kind of slams Kerry
since Biden and Kerry kind of in the same league/crowd - only Kerry won the presidency
in reality once and got burned.
