Let's compare blog posts
First of all, no disrespect to Hillary at this point, who did the right thing. I just wish her supporters could be as gracious: http://blog.hillaryclinton.com/blog/main/2008/06/07/162034

Try to find a POSITIVE comment about Obama there. In a positive thread about Obama.

Conversely, let's look at what Obama's people are saying about Hillary:

1. Why are you hunting down negativity?
Who knows what trolls have posted at the link you are citing? God knows there have been enough here from both sides. Let it go already!

3. While I understand your frustration
all of this is just part of the process -- for both sides, imho

4. I'm not frustrated, I just don't torture myself with "let's compare blogs!"
It serves nobody any purpose now.

6. Apparently, it does serve a purpose
which goes back to my original point -- it's a method of working it all out. Shoving all these feeling under a rug is not necessarily the answer at this moment. There will be a point in the near future when GD: P will move forward. Now is the time to air this stuff.

2. I was actually just looking at the comments on Obama's blog.
It is weird that you posted this as I was read them. :tinfoilhat:

There where a few nasty comments here and there but it was overall very positive. Are Hillary's blog comments monitored? If they are.... wow.

7. You could send Hillary's website a message. I just did.

Hillary, and team,

I beg you, for the sake of our party, please clean up the comment section of your blog!

http://blog.hillaryclinton.com/blog/main/2008/06/07/162034

It is nothing but a collection of posts trashing our nominee, while promoting our Republican opponent.

Personally I have no doubt about your sincerity in supporting Obama, but clearly the media will not see it that way if you allow posts that are hurtful to the democratic party to remain on your website.

May God bless you and your family,
S***** K***

9. Here's how delusional these Hillbots are....
"WE MUST HAVE FULL CONTROL OF THE HOUSE AND SENATE. OUR WAY OF PROTEST WILL BE A DEMOCRAT VICE PRESIDENT, A DEMOCRAT HOUSE AND SENATE AND IF THERE IS NOT ENOUGH VOTES FROM THE OBAMA CAMP FOR BO THEN FOR THE FIRST TIME IN HISTORY WE WILL HAVE A REPUBLICAN PRESIDENT AND A DEMOCRAT FEMALE PRESIDENT (HILLARY)"!!!111!!!11!

No wonder they believe the spin that was coming from Team Hillary. They don't have a fucking clue how anything works.

15. While it is common of trolls, I do have to say that I have experienced Democrats using it
Here in our local party, one of the top organizers who runs a lot of the trainings for volunteers used it all the time. I finally had to tell our boss, 'please, tell her to stop, the correct wording is Democratic...'

13. They are probably first time voters and repubs
Someone to write what they wrote after Clinton's speech of endorsing Obama tells me they don't know how things work in the Democratic party. Easy come easy go - I guess.

14. Women are smarter than that. I do not believe those comments.
If they are true. They will change their mind once they see what McSane is all about. Remember that there are Reps that do not like McSane. With this economy, McSane does not look good.

16. I think the most vocal folks coming unhinged with hate are pure Rush Limbaugh Turds.
Operation "fat, pindicked, low IQ bald oxycontin junkie" Chaos has been brought to a screeching halt.

They're mad because the LAST THING they wanted was for us to come together, for us to acknowledge that we're all on the same team. We're all working for the same things: Universal Health Coverage, an end to the war in Iraq, reproductive freedom, equal rights for GLBT citizens, etc.

These are the things that terrify them.

I think a lot of what you're seeing is crazy fuckin' Republicans who have been drooling at the thought of a divided Democratic Party.

To them, I say: So sorry, so sorry, so sorry and FUCK YOU!
