HillaryIs44.org/Larry Johnson has now thrown Hillary under the bus

"And a few words of advice to Hillary: If you lie down with dogs you wake up with fleas."

http://hillaryis44.org/

Can there be any doubt now that this site was not really a pro-Hillary site in the first place, but a place for Obama-haters to gather under the guise of being "pro-Hillary"?

This site was one giant front-group for Repuke operatives. It was the original "Operation Chaos".

A message of caution in the future, folks. Other sites like this will pop up in the future - even during this campaign cycle.

Be on the lookout for faux-Obama Support sites.

Larry Johnson is not done. He'll find another outlet to achieve his goal.

26. And I quote
One of the interesting legacies of the Reagan policy is that we have not had a military coup in any of those countries over the last 22 years--that use to be a fairly common. The Reagan policy of promoting democracy actually worked and the people of Central America have enjoyed the benefits. I'm not ignoring the abuses that occurred in Guatemala, Salvador or Honduras. The death squads and murders were awful. But we ultimately helped the various Central American nations--including Nicaragua--have free and fair elections. This is a mo better solution than backing oligarchs and military juntas. Which is what we did in the sixties and seventies.

Saw a post over there where Hillary as Veep was unacceptable so they'd STILL vote McCain.

As I've said all along, Hillaryis44 is a Republican site dedicated to concern trolling.

5. I just posted that same quote on another thread ...
Edited on Sat Jun-07-08 10:24 PM by NanceGreggs
... and also referred to it as throwing Hillary under the bus.

When this site (and others like it) were started, it was "we'll take this to the convention", "we'll sign petitions on Hillary's behalf", "we'll all converge on Denver and be heard".

They have already moved into "Well, maybe Hillary isn't all that anyway, but there's no reason you shouldn't still vote for McCain, right?"

How easily-led do you have to be to have been drawn to these sites and still think they have "poor Hillary's" best interests at heart?

Talk about one born every minute ...

The rest of the posts focused the hatred on Obama, Dean, Pelosi and the Democratic party in general.

It wasn't my impression that they had thrown Hillary "under the bus"...yet.

That being said, it's clear that those sites are not frequent by Democrats.

Hold onto that MO video, until a few days before the dem convention, when Hillary has basically withdrawn, endorsed Obama and helped him and then drop it, throwing the party into complete shit. He’s fucked, she’s fucked and everyone else along with it.

21. Bob Dole?! Did you guys read Hillbuzz and one of Larry Johnson's other's it was Guiliani. How did
it go from Guiliani to Bob Dole?! Bob Dole is still alive?! What the hell? WTF? Next I'm going to hear Nixon has the tape and he had his water-gate cronies get it for him from beyond the grave.

This is the list of people who have this tape.

1. Repubs -LJ said so on NQ.
2. Roger Stone-- Some News Station has the tape. On the Hannity show he says the Clinton people have the tape and plan on releasing it.

3.Other guy on Foxnews- He heard, from someone who heard it from someone that they were going to drop it the following day (never happened!!).

4. Hillbuzz/Roger Stone---David Weigel from Reason has it linked---Guiliani (my New York former Mayor) had the tape.

5. Dole---has the tape.

How many tapes?! Not to mention ABC7 should have the tape since two of their anchors were at the women's luncheon where this took place.

70. A straw man argument that needs to be combatted
ABM90 Says:
June 7th, 2008 at 2:35 pm

There will no more CNN,MSNBC,FOX,for me.THey have assembled the worst bunch of human scum that they dare to call analysts, advisers, journalists, pundits, and now are recruiting blacks at a rate never seen before in MSM.

What I hear in the discussion boards, not just H44, is mixing in what some people have tried to call resentment---recruiting blacks at a rate never seen before in MSM----which consider to be latent racist sentiment into the conversation to distort the overall issue. If you muddy up the underlying issue, HRC lost and BHO won fair and square based on the rules the DNC party had, then we don't have to deal with it.

Or the other argument I hear which says hey these affirmative action backers picked the "unqualified black male" because they'd rather "select" "the black" than they would allow the white woman who has waited long enough for her turn. Why should we, whites, wait any longer?

Maybe that argument has merits in a resentment affirming atmosphere, but the real deal is if we don't touch the underlying issue and clarify them people get to walk around pushing the idea that whites have waited behind while these "symbols" muck up the real issues that concern people. Republicans will build and press the resenting folk from voting their interest because they are tired of dealing with all this race stuff anyway...can't we just get beyond this race talk.

Well if Democrats want to win, the clarification has to be made.

27. They were allowed to use DU to push that site for months
DU needs to look closer at its rules. Alex Rodriguez of New York was able to use DU to push that cellpool of a website for months. They tried to overtake the Primary section of DU, and succeeded for weeks - with anti-Obama crap, while pretending to be pro-Hillary.

Then, those scum changed tactics and overloaded DU with vicious anti-Hillary posts, pretending to be Obama supporters.

That stuff didn't last long at www.dailykos, because they allow people rated as "trusted users" to hide those types of posts.

75. Dailykos's Trusted Users
www.dailykos.com has a system that people with many positive ratings over a period of time are considered trusted users. They are allowed to rate posts so that they can be "hidden". In that, only the trusted users can read the hidden posts. If a person has many hidden posts, the moderator knows to ban them. A hidden rating can be overturned by many positive ratings.

Any DU member is allowed to positively rate posts. The postive ratings make it easier to find the good posts when a topic gets many responses.

40. Well I figured something was up when the "Whitey" tape kept coming up with all this news that made
it seem so inplausable. It's screwed up how many wholes and then to find out it was a novel. I was like no wonder. What shocked me even more was taht people let this take off, so much that it went to mainstream media. It's like no writer or Blogger does their research. I only know 2 people researched and debunked it before Obama. One combined all the debunkings and added their own rasons why it doesn't fit. then it was over.

From news station to repubs to Guiliani to Dole.

From Michelle on pulpit at TUCC, then to women's lucheon convention with Biill around/her husband becoming senator/ABC7 reporters, to Louis Farrakahn being there, then changing to his wife. Ugh...it's just a mess with way too many different stories.

It's a joke of a situation with way too much info. At this point I don't trust anything that's said from taht site.

53. It's close (maybe already is??) to being a racist hate site
Judging by a lot of the posts that are flourishing there.

55. That probably has a lot to do with their hatred of Obama as well. The more I hear about these people
the more I think this stuff might be racially motivated. These people were probably never true Democrats or Clinton supporters.

60. She's a convincing well spoken Black woman. That's a deadly combination. She doesn't fall for
traps and that's something to be feared by any party. Fortunately for us, she's on our side so she'll always be hunted down.

72. I think Brazille's position in the DNC is a problem for them. Why should she have her say AND be
listened to?

Hate is hate even when it masquerades as resentment or the other amorphous strands. It is obvious to me that it is subtle, but evident.

It reminds me of the anarchists joining protests to make them as violent and unpredictable as possible. The problem here is protesters want to embrace the picture these anarchists present as reality.

For those who want to embrace change, I think you have to be willing to analyze the bogus arguments presented and expose for those willing to reject the loving image of protest whose company they are keeping. Unless they want to embrace anarchists wholeheartedly, they should recoil from the true reflection.

I think it is a time consuming project for those willing to call people out on their b.s.

56. Has Obama EVER pointed a finger and said "y'all are racists"? To anyone?
Has he ever alluded to it? No.

So where is the "OBAMBI CALLS US RACISTS!" thing coming from... if not projection?

62. help "you"...
...meaning you are one of "them"?

And are you trying to tell me there ISN'T a distinction?

Are you going to tell me that there are cemetaries all over this country that have white & black people buried there (other than Arglington or a Potter's Field)?

I'm sorry, but if you don't believe there is a distinction, you may be living in "white America".

64. Actually, there are
"Are you going to tell me that there are cemeteries all over this country that have white & black people buried there (other than Arlington or a Potter's Field)?"

There always have been.

Just FYI.

67. Who are you and what is your deal? I suggest getting over yourself.
My entire statement was sarcasm. I didn't think I had to add a disclaimer on to my posts. And FYI I don't get your "you" versus "them". My you, was entirely general...ugh!! Why am I bother making my post clear. You already have your stance.

63. OF COURSE THEY DID!
It was never about Hillary. IT was about drumming up support for McCain the entire time.

73. Things have been and are going to get
much uglier on the net I'm afraid.. this is the wild wild west of rumors.. and if they can just get it out enough so that people hear it once or twice, it will get stuck in their heads.. because lets be honest folks.. most people are not on the net going to scopes etc to find out the truth..

What we are looking at is the Atwater/Rove strategy on the net.. THANK GOD Senator Obama is on top of this stuff..

Serious 527's on the net and just your atypical I can mess with all of those people beans for brains individuals... we need to be ready to jump back at those in a heart beat..

I think we could be looking at a cyber war..
