3. It is pretty clear that she doesn't want it, Obama doesn't want her fo it,
Her supporters are largely against it, as are Obama's .

I think her endorsement speech tomorrow should end much of the rage.

4. I'm not betting on that, tekisui
Her motto is " there is no I in team but there is in win". Nuff said.

10. I would guess that it is Obama who has said she won't be offered
the post and she knows that so she is now saying she doesn't want it.

just an opinion, just a guess

5. The evidence to me strongly suggests that she does.
In any event, it is a legitimate subject for discussion at this point.

Schumer: Clinton would accept vice president offer

June 06, 2008

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Hillary Rodham Clinton would agree to be Barack Obama's vice presidential running mate if offered the slot on the Democratic ticket, Sen. Charles Schumer said Friday.

Schumer is Clinton's New York colleague in the Senate and a top supporter.

He told ABC's "Good Morning America" that Clinton has said "if Senator Obama should want her to be vice president and thinks it would be best for the ticket, she will serve."

But Schumer says if Obama chooses someone else, Clinton will work just as hard for the party in November.

Clinton and Obama met privately in Washington Thursday night, going to great lengths to keep the meeting secret from the media beforehand. Schumer said the meeting was not about the vice presidency.

11. It'd be interesting if she slapped down the idea during her speech tomorrow
because if I didn't know better, I'd think she promised Dan Abrams something to keep shilling the idea the way he won't shut up about it.
