Maybe need to start a new group: random insultors anonymous? Bet you could easily get the 10 needed to start such a group, but agreeing on a mission statement might be more difficult.

9. I've been on forums where there were both Election Fight Clubs

where everything goes, and even Election Thunderdomes where 2 people could battle it out without anyone else commenting.

Both failed as sub-forums. Too nasty. So nasty that people stopped doing it.
