Then you're not a democrat. The issues are too big to allow a continuation of Bush policies by a man who may be even a bigger hawk and basketcase than George W. Bush. The bottom line is that our nominee will be Barack Obama. If you can't put this primary behind you and get behind him then go join some McCain loving website and stay the hell off of DU. If it were the other way around and it was Hillary who was going to be the nominee I'd put behind all the vile I have felt towards her and her campaign and vote for her in November. After tomorrow we must come together and unite as a party behind the presumptive nominee. McCain is getting away with murder. We need to get Democrats united to win in November and end this nightmare.

"Of course that's what you believe. You're a Democrat. You're not an organization guy... but you ARE a pure Democrat."

She has a lot of contempt for Democratic politicians... but that time... she meant it in the best way. In her mind, I'm what a Democrat SHOULD be.

I never thought of myself that way before... and I was flattered. She said "Flattery is lies told to pump up someone's ego. These are just the facts."

I reckon she's right and frankly, I feel pretty good about it right now. It's been a long time.
