Ok... I Don't Know Who TransWorldNews Is, Or binky.blue, But Check This Out !!!
Found this through Google a few moments ago.

Clicked on the petition link at the bottom to see who was hosting the petition and all it asks for is your first name and your e-mail address. Plus 'ole binky there is using a DNCC logo,



and I'm pretty sure she\he doesn't have permission for THAT!
