Can you look them in the face and say "Sorry, I could've changed things which would've helped you but instead I was selfish & stubborn and wanted to make a point out of spite." Can you look in the face of a family that lost their son(s) or daughter(s) in Iraq and say "Sorry, your child would might be alive today but Instead I decided to be selfish and stubborn." My animus is exclusively for Nader himself. He knowingly lied about Gore, and actively sought to disrupt his chances. He intentionally played the role of spoiler. The only other people I blame are the people who still defend Nader, even though he doesn't care enough to run for any public office other than President, and gladly takes money from Republican donors.
