That doesn't change the fact that the viciousness here has been a two-way street, however. I'm really tired of Obama supporters who post threads JUST to tell us for the umpteenth goddamn time that Hillary is done, or to mock her appearance, or whatever else it may be that is just shit-stirring material. We know, we get it. Enough already.

And I'm sick to death of Hillary boosters who come in with cherrypicked polls to proclaim that their candidate is somehow more electable when she can't even beat her primary opponent, as well as the fake outrage we hear whenever Obama so much as scratches his nose, or the professional Internet trolls who waltz in with avatars of Hillary (or Obama) who say something incendiary and flee while their thread erupts into a shitstorm of violence. Enough already, goddamnit.

Like I said before, I'm certainly not above it. I've said some pretty nasty things, but I stepped back for a while and realized what I'd become today--that I was reacting on pure visceral instinct and that somehow I was allowing people from the goddamned INTERNET to control how I think and feel. That's just fucked up.

So I've decided--I quit. I'll probably still post, but I'm done saying nasty shit about Senator Clinton or her supporters, because I realize that no matter how angry and frustrated I get at the most intransigent of them, getting pissed off and stomping away isn't going to accomplish jack shit.

Enough. This place is turning into a goddamn war zone. Christ, I remember back in 2004 how together we were. I miss that, folks, I really do.

So there it is, Clinton and Obama supporters. What say you? Will you follow my example and just cut the shit?

He started out as one of the more reasonable posters on the DU-P. He tried to discuss P O L O T I C S with the Hillary supporters by attacking her policies. He tried to point out how she had voted along with the republicans in support of the war. He tried to speak to her amazing lies and was told he was a woman hater.

So... Now he is just calling it like he sees it.

If someone acts delusional --- i.e. refuses to look at cold, hard facts such as voting records and long time associations with big business, that qualifies as a form of I N S A N I T Y.

It is certainly not the clearest of thinking.

I have never bashed Clinton for the woman, only for the politician. It's not difficult to do.
