I don't care for the people who are moping on DU and elsewhere that they will vote for McSame over Obama in the General Election.
They prove they are STUPID. Game. Set. Match.
Anyone who says they are real Democrats would NEVER vote for McSame. If they are that insane to vote for a diehard warmonger who would rather have women grab a coat hanger and make their "choice" on reproductive rights as well as embrace the Bush/Project For A New American Century/Wall Street Journal/Fox News policies, then, goddamn it, fucking leave the Democratic Party. We. Don't. Want. Y0U.
The Clinton campaign's many faults include not finding value in grassroots efforts and even think that netroots efforts (like MoveOn) are not worth venturing toward. MoveOn is a bad organization? Getting schooled by Obama supporters who braved -15 degree winds and piles of snow in Iowa and elsewhere proved that dedication and taking it to the frozen, icy streets makes you a BADASS. Asswipes like Terry McAulliffe and the other dinosaur minions that ran the puppet strings for the ill-fated SS Clinton Ship of Arrogant Triangulators deserve to sink with the ship when it finally sinks...except that those people are pussies and will blame anyone else besides themselves. Truth and honor are not something they are familiar with and it will sink them once and for all.
Stay tuned for the documentaries that show just how insidious the Clinton campaign was. It is Shakespearian with a touch of a Coen Brothers journey script into self-deluded absorption and tragic myopia. Add some Doctor Phil on acid with accusatory last ditch excuses about the Poor Me Charletan fighting Sexist Demons in her head.
Now that the SS Clinton is about to run aground, I welcome all those that thought it was a good idea but know to move on to the Great Battle. I would expect the more reasonable Clinton supporters have come to the conclusion that it's over and truth and honor prevail.
As for the many Obama supporters I have had the great fortune to scream victory with and cry with joy at seeing the rainbow of supporters with us, I am absolutely honored to know you. All those others who supported other candidates and want a little (or more) of their message integrated into the Obama Administration, I stand beside you hoping we can get real change happening.
Yes, we will get Barack Obama in the White House. That's just the beginning. Pedal to the metal for real reform and change in health care, education, the Wars, LGBT rights, women's rights and so much more... that's the next journey.
In conclusion though, to all the Barack Obama supporters who have made this all a REALITY, you are indeed badass Democrats. I've seen you and know you are there to make it all happen.
As for those not fully on board, join in and let's tear down the Bush Castle piece by piece.
