For those of you who REALLY believe that she can still win and is so close to Obama (and winning in the "popular vote"), why no threads about who she should pick for VP?

1. Even in the past week
Obama and McCain have had the media all up their ass about who they might pick while all I heard about Hillary was Bill Clinton saying she should be Obama's VP or they, the Clintons and their supporters will feel disrespected.

2. Exactly. So if people, including Hillary, know she's not going to get the nomination
Edited on Sat May-24-08 02:34 PM by jenmito
(unless something "unforeseen" happens) how can she keep asking for money and keep claiming she's ahead in the non-existent popular vote and not look for running mates?

6. Everybody has to fucking tippy-toe
around Tracy Flick as not to hurt her feelings-well fuck that, I'm sick of this shit. What about Michelle's feelings? What about those two beautiful little girls who have to listen to a crazy woman and her delusional crowd make not-so veiled death threats to their father?

Edited on Sat May-24-08 02:41 PM by jenmito
Obama's been so gracious to her yet she continues to smear him, making people HATE him thinking he's trying to push her out of the race. It's time to push her out of the race.

but SHE wanted to be on the top of it. Now she refuses to even say she's THINKING about it.

But that changed when it became SO clear that she had no chance of winning.

for VP are. She is capable of remembering while perhaps the other guy is not as capable.

Food for thought for the dog pack.

26. You have to also wonder why she hasn't pivoted into some kind of
GE campaign. We see Obama and McSame trading jabs, and really going at some serious issues. Has Clinton said anything that gives us the idea she's looking ahead to the general? I haven't seen it.

I'd say maybe a few thousand actively post on DU. Obama drew 75,000 in FLA, you know, the state he is trying to disenfranchise, the state that hates him. I think he's pretty well liked out "there" too.

37. That is untrue. He drew that number in OREGON. Not Florida.
His biggest crowd in Fl was 16,000+ at a 20,000 seat facility. It was the largest rally ever in FL, but it wasn't seventy five grand.

Not by a LONG shot.

But hey, facts are given the same weight as "truthiness" around here. Whatever.

I cite, because bullshit is tiresome:
http://www.palmbeachpost.com/state/content/state/epaper/2008/05/23/barackobamasuperstar0524.html

U.S. Rep. Robert Wexler, D-Delray Beach, said the gathering of more than 16,000 people at the BankAtlantic Center on Friday was the "largest crowd that has ever assembled for a political rally in Florida."
