IMO is Indian food. My stepdad is Indian, and I grew up eating a lot of it. To this day, I'm careful how much of it I eat when I visit them.

Tex-mex can be really healthy if you do it right. The only thing on that plate that could be bad is the refried beans if they used lard to make it. Not all tex-mex places do that.
