Best convention ever!

Yes, a lot was scripted and planned. The outcome was never in doubt. But it was a time to show unity and resolve and it accomplished that in spades. It was by turns inspiring, uplifting, righeously angry and human. The soundtrack was excellent. Looking at the Democrats on the floor..all of them, I was moved by what a great party it is and it has a renewed sense of purpose. Bush has at least given us that. And we have a great, great candidate.

1. WHOA!!!

Yes, the Democrats were all united, but there ware some damn awesome speeches made!!! From Clinton to Kennedy, from John Glenn to Obama, from Ron Reagan to John Edwards, and a home run from Kerry!!!

Man, We should all press the DNC to distribute Democratic National Convention DVDs so we can share them to all!!! Better yet, we should distribute CD's with many of the great speeches made to everyone, showing that hope is on the way!!!

2. I agree, I want a DVD of the speeches, everytime I am feeling unmotivated

I can watch, Obama, Clinton, or Kerry. After tonight I know only one thing, I want to live in Kerry's United States of America.

3. It was just one amazing speech after another

I can't remember a time when I've been so fired up during a convention, and so looking forward to hearing the next person. There is no way the RNC is going to be able to top that. Have you seen their lineup? Bored now.
