You remember how in the second act Tinkerbell drinks some poison that Peter is about to drink in order to save him? gas is 4.00 a gallon (just pulled a number out of my ass)
the federal tax is 5% or .20
if you are lucky like me you have a 12 gallon tank on your car
48.00 to fill at 4.00 per gallon
minus 5% or 2.40 is 45.60 a fill up
now i need the 2 and 1/2 bucks too as much as you im sure
but then the federal hiways dont get funded
because thats what that tax pays
and it becomes more expensive yet for truckers as the roads decay
so all freight must increase including food
it sounds better to put the 2.40 in your pocket
but if the subject of taxes is what you believe to be the gas problem
then you should address your state as they receive more than the 5% the fed collects

is all you need to feed your kids and get you to work then I would say you must not really have any financial difficulties.
