Praising KKK Supporters in the White House - Hilary Needs to Explain This
Edited on Tue Apr-29-08 01:18 PM by xfm
The title of this article is:

Senator Hilary Clinton Must Explain the Praising of a Group of KKK
Supporters:

http://blackcommentator.com/274/274_clinton_udc.html

I think all voters (and others) should be aware of this. She wants us
to take her White House experience into consideration and this was an
annual part of it.

The article is free to read right now, but this site does archive its
articles at which point you will only be able to read it with a paid
subscription. So please check out the article as soon as possible. We
must be informed about ALL the candidates 'controversial' ties. And
this candidate's link to a group of home grown, racist terrorists should
not be overlooked by ANYONE in this country.

2. No, No, and No! You're completely wrong!
Hillary ONLY takes credit for the GOOD parts of the Clinton Administration, not the bad. Get it straight fella! :sarcasm:

3. It appears the Black Commentator has switched gears, they were bashing Obama for the last year
My favorite example of Bill Clinton;s love of the Confederacy

"According to Time Magazine, Bill Clinton sent a wreath to the Confederate Monument in Arlington Cemetery while president each year."

Sounds scandalous.

Here's their source via link for that info

The article "Look Away, Dixieland" stated that President George W. Bush "quietly reinstated" a tradition of having the White House deliver a floral wreath to the Confederate Memorial at Arlington National Cemetery — a practice "that his father had halted in 1990." The story is wrong. First, the elder president Bush did not, as TIME reported, end the decades-old practice of the White House delivering a wreath to the Confederate Memorial; he changed the date on which the wreath is delivered from the day that some southern heritage groups commemorate Jefferson Davis's birthday to the federal Memorial Day holiday. Second, according to documents provided by the White House this week, the practice of delivering a wreath to the Confederate Memorial on Memorial Day continued under Bill Clinton as it does under George W. Bush.

So obvious in their lying its sad.

4. That's a different issue than what the OP is posting about...
This article is about letters to the Daughters of the Confederacy, a recognized group that aligns itself with racist hate groups. Not just laying a wreath at a memorial, which could be construed as just honoring those who fell in past wars and not as much a compliment to an organization that works against many Americans here based on their ethnic origin.

If Clintons are going to try to push to make race an issue (like they have in the case of Pastor Wright), then they damn well deserve to be taken to task for what Bill did here. And if you are going to say that it was Bill's actions and not Hillary's, then I say that we throw out all of those false claims of "experience" that Hillary's trying to throw out, as they themselves are trying to disclaim being a part of the work that they now try to claim their history of "experience" from. You can't have it both ways!

5. Not surprising! They have used race as a weapon through out this campaign.
