13. No, Wyoming is!
After all, BO won that state by a whopping 2,000 votes. Now, there is a decisive victory that the SD's should look at carefully. :>)

8. Doubtful she'll even get that.
The delegates are awarded by county or precinct - not state. There was an analysis done a week ago that showed she could win by 5pts I think, and obama could essentially net 3 more delegates.

24. Wasn't it at one time 30% ahead?
Edited on Sun Apr-20-08 09:44 PM by DearAbby
I recall that was a few weeks ago. All Obama has to do is keep it close, and he is actually working to win it..Her lead has melted away, no matter how many times she moves the goal posts. Cold hard facts, she can't overtake Obama's lead.

10. I expect Hillary Dearest to win by 12. No crying from me,
and I can't wait to see YOU crap your little panties and bawl like a baby 2 weeks later in NC. Even better, I'm thrilled at the prospect of seeing your wee head explode when hillypoo drops out.

Oh, welcome to DU. I meet nasty with nastier.

11. No crying...really....she has to win 70% of the vote or some shit
all the way through all the remaining primaries....

She will not do this.

She cannot do that even with her "Joementum" or whatever the fuck you are calling it now and as soon as you figure that out the sooner you can make plans for what you're going to do after she steps down.

20. If she wins 51% of the vote the rest of the way, that's still 10 in a row
And if a candidate wins 10 in a row, it's pretty clear what the will of the voters is & whose electable, and the superdelegates should support that candidate and move on to the GE.

12. Let's wait first and see if there really is a blowout.
Discussion about the consequences of something that may not and probably won't happen is pointless at this point.

19. what crying would that be? A win in Pa makes difference to the finale out come.
She has to win ALL of the remaining primaries by 25 % or more in order to have a shot at the nomination. It's not happening newbie.

16. Less than 62% = FAIL
She can't succeed, even if she merely wins all the remaining states.

She has to win all the remaining states, by big margins, to simply catch up to Obama.

18. So? She's been ahaed in Pa since the beginning
of course , her lead has been nearly wiped out at this point. Even a big win in a is meaningless. It won't change the fact that Obama is going to get the nomination.
