Another Obama Endorsement
Edited on Thu Apr-17-08 01:43 PM by demwing
Senator Barack Obama’s debate performance last night may have been panned, but he was endorsed today by the Philadelphia Daily News. That makes it a sweep for Mr. Obama among Pennsylvania’s major newspapers.

(emphasis added is mine)

The short article, in today's NYT online political section, also notes that Clinton picked up the endorsement of a the student newspaper at the University of Pennsylvania.

This is a small, bright light for Hillary in a state rapidly trending toward Obama, and an interesting one, because it shows Hillary Support making a bit of noise in an area thought to belong to the Obama team. Still, Obama looks stronger each day, regardless of the conventional wisdom surrounding the potential for fallout over his recent, so called "gaffes."

I'd venture to say that Obama support not only challenges the conventional wisdom, but calls into doubt whether the pundits who adhere to such are all that wise at all.

Wow -- I had no idea they'd ALL endorsed him ...
Maybe this will help counter the state party machine being in her camp.

3. PA is no TX
I believe Hillary had some help in Texas from Rush Limbaugh fans, who crossed over to vote for the candidate they thought easiest to defeat in the GE.

I don't think she'll get that false crossover support in PA, and though she lead in the polls, I very much doubt she'll lead in the votes. Everything is trending toward Obama, and her last opportunity to score a knock-out punch in the debate came and went.

I'm going out on a limb and predicting PA goes to Obama in a stunning upset, with a margin of 2%.
