there was no evidence of explosives found. How can there be a trial with no evidence? Now we hear that the Justice Dept says Padilla was not planning a dirty bomb. Small wonder they kept him isolated (and no doubt tortured.) Recently in an amazing assertion they say Padilla has confessed to all manner of things. How can he be expected to be tried? This guy is probably another sacrificial lamb at the altar of GWB election obfuscations.
