if you know a person or state that is now"dead" to the clinton campaign

as time has passed here, and tempers have flared,
as leads shrink, and expectations die,
i have lost track of the who, what, and where, that are "dead to the clinton campaign"
so please if you have knowledge of any of the above that are at this time "dead" to them please list them below
also i have noticed that as the utility of things change with circumstances
so does their status as "dead". so,
feel free to list things once dead,that are alive again, at least temporarily.
