What's the latest on when Kerry will pick his VP?
Last I heard it was sometime in May. Well, it's almost the end of May and....

I'm really looking forward to Kerry announcing this, if nothing else than to end the endless speculation on DU. I'm getting dizzy reading all the same ad nauseum arguments, including my own!

5. If Kerry doesn't officially accept the Dem nomination till after
the GOP extravaganza in August, can Kerry actually name a VP before then?

"Just in case I agree to accept the Dem nomination, this is who I'd choose as my vp.".???? Sounds a little weird.

He's not prolonging the agony of who it will be for any reason but to level the playing field with the multi-million $$ campaign dowry of Bush.
Pubbies will have only about 2 months from their convention to dig up dirt, prepare damaging TV ads and press reports concerning the Democratic duo.
Two months is not much time.
No wonder the GOP is sooooo maaaddd at Kerry for delaying his acceptance of the nomination.
He doesn't have to play their game.
And he's not.

I do believe Kerry is a master strategist, and has been in D.C. long enough to know the game well.
He's enjoying this. Keep the faith, Kerry will deliver to our Nation what it desperately calls for.

My goodness, could we be actually come to trust our President again?
Like a child, beaten and demeaned all its young life, Bush has severely harmed the trust factor of Americas citizens.

Kerry may be quiet & methodical about his ways and words, but that steady reliability of his 'person' is a major step in restoring trust in any victimized man, woman, child, or animal.
