Insider Advantage PA Poll(April 3): Clinton 45, Obama 42

Individual polls are singularly insignificant. But, the collective trend shows tightening. PA looks to be very close.

7. With almost 3 weeks left, he could win Pennsylvania, easily.
Who knows if Hillary will show up to the North Carolina debate? If she loses Pennsylvania I expect her to concede and drop out.
