DU just got slammed on Stephanie Miller for trying to paint her
and Olbermann and others as irrational Hillary haters.

Great job you bunch of children, way to go.

1. Stephanie doesn't really take any crap.
Is this the second time she's mentioned this sort of thing?

I gotta admit though, people going after our most treasured progressive voices has to sound an alarm.

Annoying that a few hillbots could give us all a bad rap.

10. Perhaps I phrased that wrong.
There's probably about equal anti-hillary and anti-obama threads, i'll give you that. But proportionally, based on how many supporters of each we have, hillary supporters are much louder.

Clearly you are part of the problem if you don't see the fact that there are irrational and hate-filled posters all over the spectrum. Arguably more on the Obama side also. But I don't hate data on that. Just a perception which could be false.

29. She did??
She's defended Sen. Clinton on TV more than once, has said she will vote for Sen. Clinton if she's the nominee, and said that either Sen. Clinton or Sen. Obama would be a great choice for president.

What she's decried as been the tactics that Sen. Clinton's campaign have used. Even there, she's given Sen. Clinton the benefit of a doubt more than once and stated she feels that Sen. Clinton may be getting bad advice.

Hardly "going negative". Unless you define "going negative" as "anything other than total, non-critical and non-judgemental absolute support of Sen. Clinton"

with distortions and constant Clinton attacks. They are not unbiased and I do not see them as helping the democratic cause.

Shultz actually got on Tweety's show and compared Clinton to a baby killer and to Hitler.

Miller and Shultz are doing hit jobs on Clinton under the guise of "progressive."

I have not ever called them "haters" but they sure are attack Clinton with distortions.

51. Then maybe she shouldn't ACT like an irrational Hillary hater
She's marginalized (and lost) a good chunk of her audience.

While I would prefer neutrality on the Democratic primaries from a talk show host, I'm clearly not going to get it from her. It all started with the Oprah fundraiser nonsense. She had to pay a huge amount of money to go, received some sort of written orders telling her what to wear, and couldn't wear shoes on Oprah's lawn. None of that apparently raised an alert with her. She seems also to have been instructed not to tell what went on at that fundraiser, because we heard plenty ahead of time, and precious little afterwards.

We all have the right to support whom we choose. But I, as a person who enjoys progressive media, do not have to listen to someone who wants to split the progressive audience. None of them gave Edwards the time of day. Once his candidacy was finished, they seemed to start moving in on Hillary.

I'm tired of having my judgement questioned and I've had enough of Stephanie Miller. Since this place is at least 75% an Obama lovefest, the fact that she has somehow determined it's not says a lot about her.

How DARE someone have an opinion!

But yes, Stephanie has said many, many, many times that she will support Sen. Clinton if she gets the nomination, and that both Sen. Clinton and Sen. Obama would be a wonderful president. But to some, that's not enough. She's not a supporter of Sen. Clinton right now, therefore she must be marginalized and demonized.
