Another Iowa caucus this weekend..
In case everyone forgot about Iowa, they are holding their country conventions this weekend and there are 14 Edwards delegates up for grabs. I will be attending as an Edwards delegate and find it rather odd that the only mail I have received is from Obama asking for my support and or votes.. The Clinton campaign has two days to get mail here before I vote on Saturday.. Did the Clinton campaign forget about us already?

But I am hoping the my fellow Richardson and Biden delegates vote UNDECIDED this weekend.. I could envision a block of 14 undecided delegates at the national convention as holding quite of bit of influence..

1. Iowa doesn't matter.
She wrote you off, after you didn't vote for her.

3. This is the obvious answer.
Remember? The only states that matter are the ones Hillary wins.

Iowa has been written off.

2. I was for Richardson, then Biden
but I would vote for Obama enthusiastically now. Clinton needs to be stopped. Now. She will gladly lead us down the road of President McCain. It is obvious that she feel if she can't be President, neither can Obama.

And by the way, I am pretty sure Clinton doesn't think your state matters.

4. Well, enjoy!
I don't know how practical this is, but if I were you, I'd try to contact your fellow "released" delegates and see if you can get something out of this if you switch your vote as a block.

Is it 14 Edwards / Richardson and Biden, all together, or is it just 14 Edwards + however many more for Richardson and Biden?

Realistically, you're not going to get out of the county conventions without voting for one of the big 2, you know that right?

7. Maybe,,,
I sure if it comes down to it and I cannot get a 15% block of Edwards/Biden,and Richardson delegates to go undecided, then I'll end voting for one of the big two.. I can see the pressure already..

but after much debate with myself, I would vote for Obama if it comes down to that..

5. I just spoke with one of the Edwards delegates in Iowa...
Edited on Thu Mar-13-08 10:34 AM by TwoSparkles
He informed me that he will be voting for Obama.

He said, no way in hell, after Hillary's "I bring a lifetime of experience...Senator McCain brings a lifetime
of experience..." could he ever support her.

He was fuming.

6. Thank you :)
I was a fan of Edwards, admittedly second to Obama - but a very close second. I rooted him on in all the debates right along side with my candidate. I still feel bad that he dropped out, and wished it hadn't have come to that. If we were going go on this long, I would rather it have been with the 3 of them. I think discourse would have been much better.
