Cinti Enquirer: Taunting LTTEs written by republicans
IT WAS LEGAL TO KEEP CLINTON IN RACE

In regard to the people complaining about Republicans crossing over to vote for Hillary, we wanted to keep her in the race and we did. I'm sorry your man didn't win Ohio. It's all legal.

Paul R. Siebel

Norwood

GOP WON'T CROSS OVER IN NOVEMBER

Regarding "Dems have new hope, but GOP says crossovers will come home in November" (March 9): No, no, no, no, no - don't you see? Most of my fellow Republicans voted in the Democratic primaries only because we don't like the Democratic nominees. Sen. John McCain had all but wrapped up the Republican nomination, yet your party was (and is) still unsure. And for those of us who would rather it be the "lesser of two evils" (used figuratively, of course), we voted in your primary to help sway that.

I'll tell you this now; you will not see anywhere close to this amount of crossover voting come November. And if for any reason I'm wrong, and our state goes to the Democrats this November, we'll have another reason to be "blue."

Rachel Spears

Sharonville

WERE REPUBLICANS STEALING VOTES?

After reading "Dems have new hope, but GOP says crossovers will come home in November" (March 9), I was outraged.

My vote was stolen by Mary Kuhl and Ryan Poirier. They voted in the Democratic primary in an attempt to choose both sides of the presidential race. They are thwarting the very principles of democracy. Are the Republicans so terrified by Sen. Barack Obama that they have to resort to stealing my vote?

I can't help but wonder if this is illegal.

Thomas Conover

Union Township, Clermont County

"I voted for Hillary before I vote against her," Kuhl said.

1. Ohio crossover votes (9% voters Rep 49% HC & 49% BO) (22% voters Ind 48% HC & 50% BO)
HC & BO were even on the Republican crossover voters and BO had a 2% edge among independent voters.
