Be qualified as commander in chief. 9% of the CLinton voters thought OBAMA was qualified WHEREAS a whopping 1% of OBAMA voters thought Hillary would be qualified. GOD 1%!!!! thats witin the margin of error!!! Thats like the 3% likability number for BUSH among blacks after KATRINA it could have been zero with a =/- of 4.5
