1. that's not good
She is clearly cutting into his chances for the nomination. If it's this close in Ole Miss then I'd hate to think how it is in those other states coming up.

2. What saddens me is...
Over 2/3rds of Democrats want her to stay end and think the race is healthy for us.

5. I'm actually gonna trust ARG on this. I dont believe that Obama will get 65% of the black vote
It will be at least 80 percent

9. ARG has him at a 24 point lead
Before you jump on me about it being ARG, I think it may be time to let them back in the club. They had Clinton winning RI by double digits, Obama winning VT by over 20, Hillary winning TX by four and winning OH by 14. They had Obama up by 24 I think and the reason they are more reliable is his African American Support. The IA poll has him getting 65% of the African American support, while ARG has him getting 87%. Now we both know Obama will get much closer to that figure than the latter. Thats why he will win by a lot more than 6%.

10. Who is ARG polling? Just Democratic voters?
With it being an open primary, they need to poll Democrats and Republicans, because that's who'll vote on the Democratic ticket on Tuesday.

Speaking of which...I gotta go cast my absentee ballot.

TTYL.

17. The stat that jumped out at me
Edited on Fri Mar-07-08 04:33 PM by woolldog
was that 50% of mississippi white voters said they would NEVER vote for Obama.

Wow. That's just sad. This race is really showing how far certain parts of this country have to go when it comes to race.

19. Thats why she leads in Repukes and Indies there
If white dems from MS have trouble voting for Obama, then you can bet white repukes and indies have an issue. The only reason its even that close probably is because there are a bunch who dont like women each other.

20. according to the poll
17% say they would never vote for Clinton. So gender doesn't seem to be playing as much of a role.

7. Well I guess if he wins women, she wins men and they split the AA vote
Then Insider Advantage will be considered to have almost prophetic powers. As it is, this poll appears pulled out of someone's ass.

Because this poll is now my threshold. If Obama wins by more than 6%, IT'S A FREAKIN BLOWOUT AND WE HAVE EXPERIENCED A PARADIGM SHIFT AND THE VOTERS ARE REJECTING HILLARY ABSOLUTELY

13. Has Obama even stepped foot in Mississippi yet?
Considering the percentage of AA voters, I imagine it will be a big win for Obama.
