I have been a fan of an Obama/Clark ticket on the record for over 2 years but I don't think it will happen. Given all the current situations and needs involved in a vp I have two that I think might surprise people.

Top five tickets in order:

Obama/Clark: Its the war and foreign policy ticket

Obama/Bloomberg: Its the economy stupid ticket although I think Bloomberg no longer needs to hedge the bet as before the debate.

Obama/Hagel: Its the centrist problem solver ticket < I think this one is best suited for all of Americas situations and needs

Obama/Richardson: Its the energy foreign policy ticket and he brings in the state ticket too

Obama/Webb: Its the New blood ticket, The generational jump start.

Still - Just makes me what him to be VP any more - I mean I like and voted for Obama - and he with his vision speeches will be good as President - but then having Biden as VP - would first in a general election lay to rest McCain's supposed straight talk express - and then Biden as VP complimenting Obama would just be great - Pres = here is the Vision - then to VP - ok now in other words lets tell it like it is

I went to the Dem /governors Association to see what out options were there. I found several.

Gov. Mike Easley of NC.

Gov. Brad Henry of Ok.

Gov. Ted Kulongoski of Or.

Gov. Jim Doyal of Wisc.

Each of them appears to be popular in their States, and have great accomplishments in their governorships as well.
