Hillary is not out and Obama is not in.
Tonight we will see how far she is going to go. DO not count your chickens or throw in any towels, it's long way from over.

...it's been fun to watch and it certainly is historic.

But I am looking forward to putting an end to the infighting amongst the dems and focusing on beating McCain and winning big on down-ticket races across the country.

But yeah, I see your point too.

46. Absolutely. Some Hillary supporters are vile, as are some
Obama supporters. Hillary supporters say all kinds of insulting shit and whine like hell when you get in their case. The thing is, there are many more Obama supporters here than Hillary supporters, so they just can't win.

I, for one, am sick of being called a part of a vicious cult, crazy, cool-aid swilling movement, etc.

Not even in 7 days. There is no reason to do that. It won't hurt the party, it will help it IMO, it allows other states to participate in the process unlike the rethugs. They are stuck with a mummy and there's nothing they can do.

If she quits now or 7 days from now...Obama will return to his bumper sticker Hope/change crap, this will do nothing to motivate us a party.

around - I have to agree with you.

At this point many are shaking their head that Hillary isn't the frontrunner - or the ONLY runner. Who's to say we won't be looking back in a month or two saying "man, Obama was such a SURE THING".

This is what makes this campaign so exciting!

And the same thing on the Rep side!

EDIT to add -- I really do think Obama's got it sewn up, for what it's worth, but I've been wrong before!!

she is trying to be likable. This was Gores problem in 2000 shes not conferable in her own skin. With Obama what you see is what you get so my opinion is if she tries to be an attack dog in this debate it won't help her

to negotiate..Obama is riding something he did not think would happen. He has no clue what or where his success has come from. If Hillary will look at the past, she will be able to see her future more clearly. A swell does not last forever and sure as hell won't last until November.
