US Image Suffers Around the World... from NPR
http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=19338298&ft=1&f=1012

"A recent survey found that the United States' image across the world continues to suffer, even among close allies. In Germany, America's fall from grace has been especially dramatic; only 30 percent of Germans surveyed reported having favorable views of the U.S."

All the more need, IMO, for someone who has experience and personal relationships with all the world leaders. After Bush, our image is in the toilet. 30%!! And this is Germany!!!

That's why they have pledged delegates.

Then there are the expat dems, which he also won.

4. I think Obama is the person who can improve our image overseas.
Hillary has been closer to the Bush policy of not talking to our enemies and she voted
for IWR and Kyl-Lieberman. She comes off as more of a hawk than Obama.

6. During Clinton, and right after, we had a tremendously high approval rating overseas
Bush has destroyed it.
Obama is an unknown.
World leaders do not know him.
They base their judgments on their own best interests, not on ours, or on Obama's.
