"Yes we can? Give me a break," .. I'm supposed to be civil about Hillary? Fuck it.
Machinists Union President Tom Buffenbarger, introducing Clinton, hit Obama in...colorful...terms, my colleague Ken Vogel reports.

"Yes we can? Give me a break," he said.

He also compared Obama to "Janus, the two faced God" of Roman mythology. He called him "silver tongued" and a "thespian" and "the man in love with the microphone."

"He’s not just a trained thespian, he’s a terrific shadow boxer. Outside the ring, he pretends he can float like a butterfly and sting like a bee," he said, drawing a contrast between the “editor of the Harvard law review or a fighter for working families."

For all the hype before Clinton's speech, none of her attacks on Obama tonight were really new. But that sure is.

Ken reports that the union crowd noisily welcomed the attacks.

Shes an embarassment. You want all Obama people to be civil when we have to listen to her supporters for months being total and complete ass holes. SHE lets them talk that way. Its HER campaign. SHE is responsible for how it is run. STOP making excuses for her!

2. She is making it very difficult to take the high road
But Obama helps elevate the discourse.

And soon she'll be a footnote.

20. Announcing HRC's new slogan: "Don't even think about it"
It can't be done.
We've always done it this way.
People who say otherwise don't understand he real world.

Obama is cheating by saying inspiring things. He shouldn't be doing that. It isn't playing fair.

And tonight he threw a really low blow by telling the 20,000 people in Houston about sacrifices and changes they would have to make in their own lives. Damn that guy. Hasn't he read the official rule book of DLC politics?

4. We know who went negative
We also know who is at risk of opening a fissure in the party with desperate, corrosive attacks on Sen. Obama. Sen. Clinton's campaign will be studied for years for its being a grossly mismanaged, bloated mistake.

So, just keep in mind that the voters have spoken and will continue to vote against the dirty politics we have seen from team Clinton.

For now, just cool off, ignore the disrupters and enjoy the sweet taste of victory. Don't drop to their level 'cause divide and conquer only helps the enemy.

27. "Clinton's campaign will be studied for years for its being a grossly mismanaged, bloated mistake."
That is a cheering thought.

Why is it that Hillary supporters can't acknowledge that if she can't manage a campaign any better than that, it doesn't reflect well on her management abilities?

14. That's what I don't get about all the quivering lips around here.
Her camp has been on a war path ever since a second candidate entered the race.

But she's the only one who gets to actually run a campaign? More elitism.
I will never feel sorry for her or those who only weeks ago were strutting around cock sure of her victory.

She blew it and continues to do so. Wasn't her DLC prompting a second tier candidate withdrawal before the Primary Storm hit? Not their story now, is it.

I just got in from work. They don't allow us to surf, so I've been in a blackout.

She didn't concede AGAIN? I don't know about anyone else, but MY White House has seen enough rude occupants for my life time. Get her off the stage. What an embarrassment to the Democratic Party and our electoral process.

21. Too bad you're such an ugly loser. Obama's campaign has slung the same mud, "racism" sexist comment
about HRC. You folks think that Obama is exclusive of any wrongdoing, wrong. We all need to grow up. The plagiarism thing was stupid but minor, don't get so bent out of shape about it. At least HRC didn't steal one of Obama's plans.

30. well- Tom only has control of himself, and he's not doing
very well at it- (IMO)-

He isn't Hillary- and he isn't you or me.

If you don't like how he acts, don't copy him.

It isn't very smart to let people you have little respect for set your 'moral compass'-

peace~
