I just saw MSNBC and of coarse Pat Buchanan called Michelle everything in the book about not liking this country.Everybody else on the panel wouldn't go that far but this motherfucker Buchanan is showing his true colors

I AGREE with Michelle Obama on that. But then again --I don't have a husband running for POTUS, and if I did I wouldn't have been dumb enough to say it on television.

5. Premature? Try ASININE.
All this "issue" does is show that she's not a polished politician, speaking carefully-scripted words. Free airtime for Obama, and sympathy for both Obamas. Brilliant.

6. It's obvious Buchanan wants Hillary to run against.
It's clear he thinks she's easier to beat.

7. Our recent history has not exactly been prideful.
If I was an African American I would truly feel encouraged by the resurgence of hope. The reemergence of overt bigotry has been really disturbing of late. I thought we were long over that. Good for her. That was heartfelt.

29. Her comments were not twisted. She was on the news this eve.
and I purposely watched to see if she had been misquoted and she was not. She just goofed up big time. Hillary will not attack her, at least not like the repbs will if he gets the nom. Stupid mistake for someone wanting to be first lady. Makes you wonder why she even wants to be firsts lady if she has never had any pride in the country. In fact it's insulting to have a candidate's wife to make an asinine remark like that.

15. This is just the tip of the iceberg.
She should have given a press conference at 7 in the morning and cleared this up, nipped it in the bud - so it could be over and done with. Now it's going to be a big deal.

I love Michelle Obama. She slightly misspoke. Let it be. She will be so much better than the smoking chimney, prozac eating stepford wife that is currently sleeping at the Mayflower.
