She is invigorating to the crowd, telling them exactly what ideas she has for bringing new jobs there, exactly how.

She is positive, uplifting and gives you a feeling that she will GET IT DONE, that she understands what we need, and she cares.

She isn't telling people that their jobs aren't coming back, like McCain. She's telling people the new jobs she will bring.

And I believe her.

Obama does not speak like this.

I'd rather have real answers, and I prefer her down to earth, personal way of speaking with people rather than a lofty speech anyday.

but then is replaced by someone who is not so eager to commit the US to a war of aggression.

29. Not to mention that she wants to basically have HMOs dictate the coverage
As Michael Moore said, it doesn't matter if everyone is covered if HMOs can still decide whether or not to deny your claims.

4. Details don't matter when they outline what hers does
Her "real answers" are more of the same. Fuck what she is lying about on the stump, look at her record. She balked on FISA last week because she wants to keep domestic spying in place and didn't want to have to make a political choice between what is popular with Democrats (ending the program entirely) and pissing off her rich donor buddies in the telecom industry.

She made a disasterous blunder with the IWR (one which she and even Chelsea are lying about but not apologizing for now) and then went and fucked up and voted with Lieberman/Kyl to press such aggressive posture against Iran whom is vindicated by the NIE in not having a Nuclear Program.

When Bill had the White House they were responsible for NAFTA (which helped create the outsourcing mess we have now), Media Consolidation (hello Republican strong hold on the media) DOMA/Don't Ask Don't Tell (gotta love anti-gay discrimination), Welfare Reform (taking a Republican idea and forcing people in poverty to have either no help or limited help available especially while the next Administration's policies were aimed at crushing the poor and now a huge recession looms overhead is not the way to address the poor people in this country).

To me they sort of chose to be Republicans when it mattered most and I am a Democrat who will vote for the real Democrat in this race... and that's not Hillary.

19. Obama covers most of those issues and happens to cover a friendlier, less aggressive foreign policy
So she can be slightly stronger on two issues but the overall sum of her parts equals a far worse candidate than Obama.

28. Hmm let's see..
End of War, Return of Civil Liberties, Health Care Coverage > Continuance of War, Continued Unchecked Presidential Power and domestic spying, health care coverage dictated by HMOs.

Yep that about sums it up.

44. Sometimes we need very assertive, vigorous policy, not just "friendly". She has proven herself
a master at negotiating and diplomacy, abroad and as a Senator. He has not.

The other 'two issues' are extremely important and the differences are not minor, they are huge. She is for universal health care and he is NOT. She is for helping families who are in danger of losing their homes, he offers just about NOTHING to help.

I want and expect more than that out of my president.

For this nation, world to really change, we MUST adopt the truth the health care is a human right. We cannot be less clear or less committed about it than that.

I ask you who is really the candidate for change?

45. Health Care is meaningless if we have no civil liberties or freedom. Not to mention if we continue
to engage in endless war.

Obama's plan has merit in that it isn't 100% dictated by HMOs who will deny claims anyway and that it is not a forced mandate that no Republican will vote for or agree to.

Hillary is wrong on WAY too many issues to even deserve a pass just because she "talks" about Universal Health Care. Her plan is mandated HMO care. Which means Americans will be forced to pay to get on the HMO rolls but the HMOs will not be forced to cover anything and they can deny claims as they do currently.

Not to mention they "talked" about Health Care before and got zilch accomplished other than getting Hillary some pretty big HMO and Pharmaceutical donors.

12. I really, really worry if she gets the nomination.
Ever since the McCain/Huckabee controversy began, to a person the pundits have said the only thing that will unify the Republican Party is a Hillary Clinton candidacy. Add to that the loss of Obama Independents and Moderate Republicans back to McCain and it's deja vu all over again. More war, more right wing Supreme Court justices, more catering to the wealthy. It's very sad.

17. Who does she think she is...giving us facts? Details? How dare she?
Why on earth would America want a president who's not afraid to put their policy proposals out there? Who does Hillary think she is---telling the American people what she'll do?

In all seriousness though, this is one of the things I love most about Sen. Clinton. I feel like she's really helped to make me a more educated voter, and I am extremely appreciative to her for that.

I feel like she truly values me, as a voter, by helping to arm me with the information I need.

Well done, Sen. Clinton!

47. It saddens me that you would spew out such egregious lies ...
Do you know the history of DADT? Did you know that before DADT there was a COMPLETE BAN on homosexuals --- that they were track down like wolves in a forest, homes were broken in to, gay dance halls were raided, service members hauled out of the halls, beaten and given dishonourable discharges. Bill Clinton campained on a promise to end the discrimination -- the best that he was able to achieve was a "Don't Ask Don't Tell". Do you know who blocked Bill's attempt? Do you know drafted DADT?

Do you know that DOMA was firewall to a those that wished to legalize gay discrimination through a change in the constitution?

Do you know that Obama voted to extend NAFTA? YES HE DID!

Do you know that Bush41 got America involved in Somalia, and that Bill got America out?

Do you know any history?

The ignorance of the Obama supporters astounds me. I don't refer to the Obama supporters as cult memebers, but I do understand why others might. I fear for America if this is all the next generation has to offer -- Bush at his worst.
