The hatred the right wing has for Clinton is more revealing than Obama's recent popularity.

1. She's Abhorred Almost as Much by her own Party

Yeah... she unite us all... right behind the phony money wing of the DLC. It's like voting republican with a happier face.

3. Sure there's a segment of the Democratic party that hates her; many of them voted for Reagan.
However, this 20 year visceral hatred of Clinton by the core of the Republicans tells me something. There is something about her that is inalienably opposed to their interests. Otherwise, the hatred would not be so fierce and so durable.

The hatred for Obama is barely there. I think conservatives neither fear nor worry about him, whether or not he's elected.

4. She's Not Hated, Just Disliked by most liberals/progressives and old time Dems
Edited on Mon Feb-11-08 07:29 PM by fascisthunter
The more conservative wealthy pro-free trade democrats love Hillary. She's the Dme establishment's baby. She's more of a Republican than any other candidate. The DLC has moved this party to the right, so I'm not sure I buy the anger coming from the right. They are fooled into hating her due to constant GOP propaganda.... if they knew her better, they might even vote for her, but that Clinton "hatred" from the right is not gonna go away. Besides, plain idiotic partisanship blinds folks, a hardcore republican will never vote Democratic based on that D next to her name. It's an interesting phenomena.... pro-corporate Hillary being hated by a party that is completely run by corporate America, now finds a home in the Democratic Party.

I think the Democratic establishment is not interested in representing Americans, unless they have lots of cash. That much is pretty obvious when it comes to the DLC, which she is a part of.

5. Why do you think she's more hat . . . disliked by the right than Obama?

6. No Baggage is my Guess
I kinda explained that over the years, so-called "conservatives" have been bombarded with every phony scandal imaginable to paint her husband and her as the devil. If you think they dislike her because of what they see in her, you'd be wrong. They see a caricature that the like of Rush Limbaugh has been painting for years. She's not even that liberal, yet talk to a dumb ass that listens to Rush and you'd think she was more liberal than Kucinich. Now, Republicans who have a brain in their head, and who don't listen to Rush fear real liberals... Kucinich was one, and the Dem establishment itself screwed him because he was a threat to them as well.

To dummies every dem is a liberal. To this liberal, Hillary is far from one. We all have liberal and conservative traits, but politically, she is too tied to Wall Street to EVER be considered a real liberal or Progressive. She's part of what I consider the money party. The money party exists in both the Democratic Party and the Republican Party... two sides of the same coin. And it's same the reason why Bush and Cheney won't be impeached. These people look out for their own (powerful, rich, politically connected elite.)

2. Pub Plot....Get rid of Edwards, Dodd, Biden, etc and now Clinton too
Edited on Mon Feb-11-08 07:00 PM by opihimoimoi
Their only HOPE is to make it easier for McCain...

Can Obama withstand the upcoming barrage? I hope so...am willing to work and vote for him...but am extremely worried the Pubs gonna 86 him with all kinds of shit..

The Pubs are connivers/scammers...their desire to remain with as much power as possible is well noted and understood. They are a unwholesome bunch...them and their Values Crap....trying so hard to look like they care....

From the past 7 years; the only things they care about is themselves...clearly shows....
