Obama may be getting off easier during the primary because they have a longer history with Hillary and thus a larger backlog of material for them to use to exemplify this hatred. But it's not even close to being exclusive to her and despite how it may seem due to your loyalty to her as a candidate, it's not any worse for her than it was for Bill, than it was for Gore, than it was for Kerry, Edwards, etc.
