2. I will say, In SC, he didnt start out up 28. He eventually got there.
In districts heavy on African Americans, when those come in, he will surge.

4. It's called statistical fluctuation.
Only 2% of the vote is in. The numbers will bounce around until the sample gets larger.

Remember how Edwards appeared to be winning in Iowa, followed by Clinton, for the first few moments?

Those are two of the most populous counties and will go big for Obama, I predict.
