I think both candidates would make a good president. Nothing I read on DU has influenced me one bit. Quite the contrary I almost sat this primary out. I have nothing but disdain for the way we handled this primary season.

My choice was based on two things. First I think that the Clinton's had enough time in the White House and I think Obama will bring about more change than Hillary will.

1. When thinking of the Clintons, I visualize the weight of lots of over
stuffed suitcases holding the money of all those special interests. She is barely walking into the oval office and carries those suitcases as we, off in the distance to small to see call out for our country to be restored, for the wrongs to be made right. But again as before, those with the money got into the oval office first.

4. Shit, I still have to read those.
I imagine I'll be voting with the democratic party recommendations, but I'd like to at least look at them myself first.
First time CA voter.

3. I already voted for Clinton
Obama's attitude toward Nuke power lost me. Also as I am gay(bad to his crowd) and old (also non grata).

7. If one were to dig deeper
The list that led to the conclusions of "enough time in the White House", and "would bring about more change", would include a variety of the complaints people have been laying out against Hillary for months.
