My sincerest hopes for John Edwards
Today is a sad day for many people. I wish there was something I could do to make you feel better, but I probably can’t. The Edwards supporters that I have encountered are the most dedicated people in any campaign in the last 2 cycles. You guys were true believers and that is honorable. Fortunately, there is a bright side to all of this. Edwards is not going away.

It is very likely that John Edwards would be a major player in an Obama administration. Word around the internets is that Edwards will have a good shot at Attorney General. We all know that John would work his ass off in that job. He wouldn’t be held back by Obama and Obama would let him do his job. Obama would allow John to rebuild the DOJ.

So today is sad for many people, but bad guys should tremble at the thought of Edwards being Attorney General. He’d turn the last 8 years of Bushco on its head. Election law would be enforced. Equality laws would be enforced. And the scum of the earth that we’ve been dealing with over the last 8 years will be punished.

1. Edwards would be perfect for the job--he's a very skilled lawyer and a
pit bull for justice.

2. If he endorses Clinton my head will explode
Here's one DUer who will be backing Obama, despite the Clinton supporters' claim that we don't exist.

4. Yours wouldn't be the only exploding head.
I can't imagine why he'd do that -- not after Kennedy's endorsement, not after all the talk of "change." The Clintons are more of the same old politics. I'll vote for Obama now, try to work up a little more enthusiasm.

:( :( :(

3. Edward's WOULD be a great AG,
and certainly should move to the head of our nominee's list for that post.
