He tied Hillary 46-46. Hillary won every income range below that number. The limosine liberals love Barack in Florida!

4. Wealthy people love Obama because he is going to
maintain Bush's tax cuts for them. He says he will let them simply run out, but that will never work. Unless the next president gets rid of those tax cuts right away upon taking office, there will be no focus on getting rid of them later. Those tax cuts for the rich need to go right away. They are part of what is causing the bankruptcy of our treasury.

more educated and follow politics more closely as a group. Who knows? I'd love to see a study on it.

5. They probably like his "let's bring the corporations to the table" rhetoric.
It really is shameful, after all, how big corporations have been denied a place at the table in this country.

7. Yep, that's why he's doing well in my yuppie town of Hoboken!!
In Hudson County, NJ the only 2 cities that he'll probably win are Hoboken (home of sen. Menendez & Gov. Corzine, ubber yuppie) and Jersey City (primordially African-American). The rest of the county is Hillary's.

18. Hoboken is upscale and young, Obama's demographics.
The mayor, Sen. Menendez and Gov. Corzine have endorsed Hillary, but a good portion of the younger crowd prefer Obama. That's not to say that Hillary doesn't have plenty of supporters too.

That wasn't even used ironically. :(

Why don't you just call me a babykiller, too, while you're at it?

Really not what I want to see when I come to DU. Next time, I politely request you find a way to make your point that doesn't rely on mainstreaming RW attack language.

$200,000 a year IS rich. I could live WELL on $50,000 a year and bank the rest.

:) 46 and still poor. I ran a hard life until recently, things got pretty bad. Now I've washed up once again on the shores of life and discover I lost some pieces along the way. Ah well, it makes things lighter.

24. Hm
"I hate to break it to you, but $200k is middle class"

So says Mitt Romney in the most recent Republican debate... But $200k isn't anywhere NEAR middle class. It's in the top 3% of the ENTIRE WORLD.

By that standard, nearly everybody in the U.S. is fabulously wealthy.
