Florida is much more representative of Super Tuesday than Iowa or South Carolina
Edited on Tue Jan-29-08 09:05 PM by Herman Munster
Obama hasn't spent months and months retail politicking and developing a cult of personality in the super tuesday states.

Other than TV ads, most states are like Florida and oops Obama had TV ads in Florida too and still got his ass kicked.

1. 62% of the voters are over 50 years old....
That is representative of Super Tuesday?

2. I agree, Super Tuesday will mirror FL in many ways.
Clinton is always way up in "national" polls, and this is the best chance for those polls to be any sort of meaningful indicator.

7. I suppose I would much rather win the Super Tuesday states by 9 points
Than lose by 9 points.

But that's just me.

17. That's why it's unfair that he primary doesn't count. There should be one
national primary instead of the current monopoly by IA and NH

3. Keep repeating that
maybe someone will believe you. Only the HRC'ers are drinking the kool-aid on this one. Talk about being a Desperate Housewife, we thought Laura was in bad shape but HRC has been forced to put on a dog/pony show that is as fake as she is.

5. Seniors, jews, and latinos. A perfect storm for Billary.
Combined with the fact that NOBODY'S been fucking campainging there, and you have a Billary win.

11. Sounds like a huge component of the Democratic base.
Oh and FYI, the campaigns haven't exactly been camped out in the 20 states that vote next Tuesday.

Florida got a great deal more attention than many of these delegate rich states will.

12. Like half the voters cast their ballots in DECEMBER.
If there's anything to take away from this, it's how people broke in the past week or so.

8. Not so sure. 38% women over 45. Could be, I guess
This is a DEM primary. Consistently 60% women voting but the younger age groups may be better represented in a broader election. Guess we'll wait and see.
I agree Clinton is the obvious frontrunner. Just hoping my guy stays competitive outside CA and NY
