Dean's statement of appreciation to the people of Vermont
http://www.deanforamerica.com/

Being supported by the people who know you best is a great tribute to a great Democrat. I know a few people on DU have said, "big deal--it's only his home state" but it doesn't always turn out that the people who know you best will support you--Gep withdrew and Missouri and even his own district ended up giving him relatively few votes. Lieberman withdrew and he garnered only 5% in Connecticut. Thank you to the wonderful people of Vermont.

1. I agree; Kucinich also did not take OH, his home state. It is not a given
that politicians always win their home states, so credit should be given where due.

2. Ditto that--he won there and he's no longer even running.
You gotta love people that are willing to make a statement like that.

Now . . . how to move to Vermont? hmmm . . .
