Obama is Jesus, JFK, the Beatles, a Bodhisattva, and...?
We've heard Barack Obama compared to almost every good thing. But there must be others.

Heck, it's nine months 'til November. So, we'll certainly need some more idyllic comparisons to make our hearts beat ever-stronger.

Maybe there could be a daily newspaper feature, like the "Love Is" newspaper comic.

Your suggestions for what Barack is?

I would go all out for Edwards or Obama, but it will be hard enough to pull the lever for a candidate as awful as Hillary.

I'm thinking that Hillary would be "The Very Proper Gander," run out of town by baseless gossip.

But who would Edwards be?

Seriously, the candidate to whom I have sent far more money than any other candidate in my long life. I will be giving more very soon.
The candidate I am more excited about than any candidate in my long life.
The candidate whom I am ready to work for during the campaign and after his election.

And edited to say I know this response may drive some here to distraction. So be it.

35. I think Caroline Kennedy's editorial today
just past the torch from her father's legacy to the next president of the United States.

And it was beautifully done. I suspect RFK jr, may be having second thoughts. I know
his mother is on board with Bama.

43. Just another politician posing as someone honest and trustworthy.
A necessary charade for all politicians if they seek office.

“Now, the man on the stand he wants my vote,
He's a-runnin' for office on the ballot note.
He's out there preachin' in front of the steeple,
Tellin' me he loves all kinds-a people.
(He's eatin' bagels
He's eatin' pizza
He's eatin' chitlins
He's eatin' bullshit!)”
