Poll question: Who best survived today's "debate"?
I don't like the term "winning" when it's not a real debate, and particularly not when we have the RW thugs trying to provoke battles and focusing attention on ridiculous "issues." But...here goes.

4. Sharpton :D
I think the rest was all repeat, but Al had great, direct answers for civil rights and for where everyone stood as a liberal. Today I give him a win. Maybe I'll even vote for him in the primaries...not like it will matter in May...but maybe it'll help him get a speech at the convention.

3. Edwards, just based on the amount of time to speak
John Edwards won this debate hands down. He never shut up and controlled the whole show.

John Kerry acted like he was too good to be there.

(on a side note, I will not vote for either of these candidates)

5. If you check the stats posted by DUers previously, he's had MUCH
less talking time than Kerry in the prior debates, so this may be a start to evening things out.

6. Actually you are right, if I had to hand out a debate trophy
Edwards would probably get it. He woke up from the last debate...and Kerry apparently fell asleep.

7. Edwards, for sure
All did a good job considering the mods were jerks, but Edwards would get my vote for today's debate.
