There, I said it. We need a democratic president to start to undo the damage of the last 7 years. My preference is for John Edwards. However, in my heart of hearts, I can readily support any of the current (or dropped out) democracts for P and VP -- including Clinton, Obama, Richardson, Biden, etc.

Our country cannot take another republican administration -- especially when you consider the rogues gallery that the right is trotting out this time around.

So, I am not going to engage in demo bashing and will happily have any of the current democratic candidates carrying the standard (even though I am pulling for Edwards).

Let's move in the needed direction and trounce the repugs.

Oh, and GO PACKERS

4. A-friggin-men!
I'm still undecided, but this is a really nice breath of sensible fresh air!

Any temptation to sit at home on Election Day is removed when I think of John Paul Stevens, 87 years old, sitting in front of his television, watching returns, praying that it isn't one of the GOP goons who might replace him. With a GOP president naming his replacement, we have a 5-4 far-right lock on all Supreme Court decisions for at least 20 years.

20 years. Those who whine about Hillary or Obama need to stop and think long and hard about that.
