2. The Veep under Clinton is a sucky spot because of Bill.
Edited on Thu Jan-17-08 11:18 PM by Pirate Smile
We know more about what they did to Gore and Hillary wasn't even a former President.

It isn't like a normal VP spot.

I'm torn on how I feel about it but I definitely think it strengthens the ticket. I think Hillary would need to offer it to him.

3. What a waste.
I'd rather he stay in the Senate and work for real change while another Clinton proposes poll-tested half measures.

a thing or two...

just as long as obama doesn't get to make any DECISIONS.

But then again, since he has a history of trying to avoid making any decisions, this would be a good spot for him...

He'd look good at foreign funerals...

and she would certainly be Hillary's Life Insurance policy to prevent another Kennedy or MLK ending...(of course, so would the visa versa ticket on just this point)...

7. You left out another option!
Vote for Bloomberg the indy, if the Dems screw this up and make Hillary the nominee.

I want to vote for the dems, but will not vote for them if Hillary is made the nominee, we need to move on and the only thing Hil will do is cause more bickering between the parties and leave us stuck in the current political deadlock that we are in now with nothing useful being accomplished.

Go Bama, if not go Bloomy! Yay! :wow:

15. I'm stil waiting for someone to post a link where Bloomberg will run if Clinton is the nominee.
A "suggested signal" isn't enough for me, like some around here.

Thanks, in advance.

site because this one is for the party's candidate.

My sentiments exactly. The old guard is getting nasty but we shall persevere - no matter how many times The Clintons and their operatives play that sad old victim THEN conquer meme ... Oh *Evita!*

13. I'd be happy, but I don't think it's an unbeatable ticket
I don't think there is any such thing as an unbeatable ticket. We should win no matter who we nominate, but it will be hard work no matter who we nominate. Republicans play much dirtier than we'll ever be able to play and a lot of people don't vote with their heads no matter what.

16. I'm ok
with any of the three (Clinton, Edwards, Obama) forming a ticket Clinton-Edwards, Obama-Edwards, Edwards-Clinton, Obama-Clinton, Edwards-Obama.

It's unlikely that Obama or Clinton would take veep slot, especially in Clinton's case.

I am right now.

The Democratic ticket gets my vote.

25. Hilary trying to get the black vote back which she will need if she
got the nomination. There is no way she will be able to win the election without the support of everyone in the democrat party. I would also be sadden by Barack if he accepts a VP offer. He's too good to be her VP.

Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory once again. I very much doubt this ticket will come to be.
