17. It isn't half truths and lies....

It's how you win elections.

If Obama can't take her attacks, how is he going to take the full force of the republican attack machine. What Hillary has mentioned through surrogates in a subtle way will be blasted on the MSM loud and constant.

The fact that Hillary is willing and able to attack gives me confidence that when the repubs come at her she will fight fire with fire.

In a perfect world the nice guy/girl would win. Hillary could be the strong, intelligent woman that she is. I wish we lived in a world where women didn't have to act like men in order to succeed. But this is where we are at this point in time. And an election is not a fair fight, it's mud wrestling. The general will not be like the democratic primaries.

If you think that Obama can win by being nice, hoping and being liked, then that's great and I'd love to be proven wrong. I just don't see it happening yet.

Although I know that Obama is nothing like Bush...the attitude of people seems to be the same. They like him. They liked Bush better than Gore and better than Kerry. So much for "like".

I've seen Obama rally young people at colleges, but so far it has not effected voter turnout among the younger crowd. Kids are energized by big crowds and attention. Standing in line at the polls is another story. Again...I'd love to be proven wrong.

7. It's good news for Hillary because Obama has not taken the lead

Hillary will gain some points back over the next few days too. Edwards will slip, and Hillary will pick up most of the voters who leave him. NH is Hillary country.

Pollster John Zogby: “Make no mistake about it, there is movement here. Only 50% of this sample is after the Iowa caucus results were known and there has been a 5-point swing on the Democratic side. Clinton started out leading 32% to 26% over Obama and now she is in a dead heat at 31% to 30%. Obama has won in that part of the sample taken since Iowa – and just this past one day alone Obama led by 8 points."
