McCain then ignores her and starts shaking more hands and talking to others, she looks pissed

McCain looking at her, obviously annoyed says: What is your question

But then he ignores her again and starts talking to other folks

Lady: Well you keep turning away from me. My question is when Mitt Romney put out an ad. . .
