4. Sapa is doing great. He has established himself as the premier lap cat

in this house. We moved his basket and put his blanket in the washer while decorating for Christmas. He was stalking around and complaining so much I was getting ready to take him to the vet. As soon as we put him in his basket in the temporary spot nd put the blanket back, he was happy again. He cracks us up. He chows down on ground cat food several timees a day. If offered chunks or slices, he just licks off all the gravy and leaves the rest.

5. Thanks for the update hedgehog. Little MB will be so glad

to hear it. She woke up crying in the middle of the night last week because she dreamt he had died and that you had not told us. I assured her that if anything were to happen to him, you would let us know. That made her feel better, but she made me promise to ask you.

6. He's old, but hanging in there! He's getting bony but his weight and appetite are good.

His fur is very glossy. Sapa won't last forever, but he's enjoying himself now. His day time sleeping spot is in his basket in the ssun on the dining room table and at night next to my pillow.

We feed him up on the back of the kitchen counter so the dogs won't pester him when he has his wet cat food. He has to be lifted up, so I can tell you he's still pretty heavy. He jumps down on his own. He also tries to butt people away from their plates if we're weating something that looks good to him.
