9. I have 2 that age
I've always thought there was something special about your generation, a goodness and determination that I didn't see in my older son's generation. Sure there are some kids just as screwed up as any other generation, but I think there isn't as much anger and more of a desire to make the world right in each person's daily actions. I sure hope so anyway, and if tonight is any indication, I think the planet is in very good hands.

I'm 38 and I have a 24 year old sister who cares for the first time in her life.

Relating to young people promotes volunteerism for campaigns which helps all the way down the ballots accross the country.

When I was listening to his speech I could just picture how his words and the very history of what is happening may grab people and pull them in to cammpaign headquarters.

8. Um, if it ends up being Obama, I'm cool with that. BUT, letting your generation lead the way?
Edited on Fri Jan-04-08 02:56 AM by smalll
Sure! All the rest of us can get tasteless tatoos, stop reading books (the smart ones can obsess about "anime" instead,) re-categorize flip-flops as all-season footwear, and redefine the blow-job as a pleasantry exchanged between acquaintances. Men will all have to limit their vocal expressions to slack-jawed grunts, enlivened by the occasional choice curse word (yes, I know, that might not be too hard for most of us) and women will all have to eliminate any sort of high (or low, or mid-range) tones from their voices, and start speaking from the back of their throats in that strangulated sandpaper squawk of the modern young American woman. That might be a little harder to work up.

10. The Presidency is not a place for taining wheels
not when the whole world is on a verge of explosion.

Go to MySpace and experiment there.

Or go out and meet other people face to face instead of just nodding and clicking. You may be surprised by the experience. Oh, and when your generations is ready to lead, not just to follow - as has been described then, perhaps, you can be trusted with matters of state.

11. Thanks for showing us how it is done, Baby Boomers are doing an amazing job....
This government wont even listen to you when you vote them in.

Just to let you know, almost 41% of MySpace users are aged 35 to 54, that is more then any other age group.
