finish in a campaign-ending 6th place embarrassment?

Who will it be?

Will 5th place in Iowa also be a campaign-in-the-toilet fiasco for one of the Repubs, and if so, who will it be?

1. OK, that's it. These nicknames are getting ridiculous.
Willard? I don't even know who you're talking about!

8. Thank you. Sheesh.
I figured it was Mitt just through simple process of elimination, but I swear sometimes these nicknames make a whole post illegible: "What will KKKarlKlan Rovebot plan next for BushitlerPutin**???11!!!!"

Anyway, to the point of the OP I think none of the major players will drop out between Iowa and NH, but 5th and lower in Iowa are doomed.

16. Thompson looks more like a "Willard" to me.
Love "Huckabible", BTW!

5. Ghoul is running based on staying alive until Sooper-Dooper Tues.
He's not planning to win any of the the early primaries save FL.

6. Even if he isn't running to win (which he can't), he's still running not to finish 6th, right?

10. Tancredo or Hunter out next. Anyone who cannot finish in the top 5 in Iowa ought to pack it in.

14. Apparently there is not as big a following for right-wing fair traders as Hunter thought. Go figure.

9. I'm starting to think Willard and Huckabible might finish 2 & 1, not 1 & 2
Thompson is toast after Iowa, but who'll even notice?

Paul has plenty of $$$ and McCain has reason to continue to NH.

And Guiliani can't be knocked out because he will probably be right near the delegate lead after FL even if he loses every preceding state.

12. I could definitely see that. If McCain crash in Iowa, will his "straight talk express" voters in NH
vote for Mad Doc Paul?

I'm hearing that Paul is rising slowly in Iowa, but that Paul's on fire in NH (much like Huckabible is on fire in Iowa).

13. If Paul is on fire in NH that's bad news for Obama
Hillary will easily win NH Dems, so even if Obama wins Iowa he will be counting on cross-over independents in NH.

If they prefer to vote on the pug side of the open NH primary for McCain and Paul, that's bad for Obama.
