1. I don't hate Hillary one bit - But, I will never vote for her or any moderate ever again!
Edited on Mon Nov-12-07 09:16 PM by GreenTea
Nor will I ever vote for Diane Feinstein again, and nor will I ever give my vote again to Nancy Pelosi....

I will however always continue my support for my other senator, the mostly excellent Barbara Boxer!

2. I don't hate Hillary. I think she is a great senator.
I don't support her as the candidate for president, and I have explained some of my reasons many times on DU.

4. My Dem grandmother never says anything bad about anyone...
So I asked her what she thinks of Hillary, and she said...

"Well, She's got pretty nice teeth."

5. I don't hate her
I just disagree with a lot of her policies, issues, morals, values. I don't think she is what American needs right now.

6. I like her and I have supported her, but I need to see some things to continue.
I've contributed a little to her campaign, and the letters I get from her are incredibly personal sounding and freindly, but there's not enough talk about things of substance. What I need to see from Hillary at this point is a real commitment to the energy-crisis/global warming/middle east entanglement crisis. I am reading things that make me scared for our future, and I seriously need to know what she plans to do to address these coming difficulties. I'm getting to the point where I'm going to vote about fear of the future and who's going to take action, not who I personally like.

28. So...
You're going to vote for Guilliani because he's not DLC???

Can we please not go back to that idiotic attitude of 2000: "There's no difference between Bush and Gore." So many believed that and even now that they have clearly been proven wrong....you want to haul out that crap again!

11. I don't hate her - it's her supporters
that "Turn Up The Heat" by banging their Anti__________ (fill in your candidate of choice) whatever on just about every positive thread started about any candidate other than Hillary. That I hate, and their Straw Man arguments are getting old too.

poor other candidates just trying to be positive. No one is bashing Hillary and those "bots" are so hateful and evil they try to say bad things about my candidate.

26. Pleeease...Pot meet Kettle.
People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. You for some reason can not resist attacking every Edwards thread. What is it about him that threatens you so? Does he remind you of a boy in school you had a crush on that wouldn't give you the time of day?

27. its the hypocrisy
The hypocrisy of the candidate who attempts to redefine himself and hides the truth of his views.
It is the hypocrisy of the DU supporters who hypocritically cry foul at those who attempt to defend Clinton.
It is the hypocrisy of your post, you just read the post I responded to, and instead of acknowledging that it has no place in an Edwards thread--and is nothing but another insult to those supporting Clinton, you respond to mine.

It is the hypocrisy.

21. hatred is an extremely strong term
i do not want to be part of spreading it in such a hate-filled world. it saddens me to see it everyday. that being said, i do not support senator clinton, at all. i will work to see her removed by a true progressvie candidate if she is still a senator after the presidential election. i am from new york and she is one of my senators. however, i will fail miserably. her policies disgust me and her doubletalk as well as her triangulation is nauseating. i believe intensely dislike the corporate shill is a better way to put it. GO DENNIS!!!

22. Polls like this may actually a good way to find out how many Republican infiltrators are present
since not one person so far who picked the "hates her" choice has owned up to who they are.

I find it hard to believe that almost half as many Demmocratic DU'ers would hate her as those who don't hate her. If that was the case, then why aren't any of the ones who picked the "hate" option owning up by posting about it...unless they have something to hide?

I just don't think she should be president, because she supported invading Iraq, which is possibly the dumbest and most horrific thing the US has done in a long time.
